Healthcare Benefits:
If the nurses work more than 130 hours per month for 2 consecutive months, and can keep this cadence, we will offer them healthcare benefits. (Medical, Dental, and Vision.)
Our base plans are all free and covered by the company; but if they choose a higher tier for medical, then it would be deducted from their salary.
